BridgeOnline is operated by Bridge Contract Solutions Ltd. It is designed for small, made-to-measure curtain orders from businesses and organisations only. By placing an order, you confirm you are purchasing on behalf of an organisation and not for private domestic use. Information accuracy

We always try to keep our site complete, accurate and current, but despite these efforts, some information may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Please note that we make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the fabrics and their colours, but the colour you see will depend on your screen. To be certain about the fabric and colour, we recommend ordering a sample from us.

 

Measurements

You are responsible for the accuracy of measurements for your BridgeOnline products. If you are unsure, please use at our ‘how to measure guide. Mistakes cannot be corrected after production has started.

 

Ordering

When you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Your bespoke products will then be made to the measurements you have provided. Please note, we start to process orders within one working day, and we are unable to make changes once the order is in progress.

 

Delivery 

As each product is made to order, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. We’ll keep you updated by email and let you know when your products are on the way. Deliveries are made Monday – Friday to business addresses only. If you need to amend your delivery address, please contact us within 7 days of placing your order.

 

Sometimes things happen that are outside of our control. If unexpected issues like supply chain problems, extreme weather, strikes, or transport delays cause a hold-up, we won’t be able to take responsibility for those delays, but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed and get things back on track as quickly as possible.

 

Cancellations and returns

Because all our products are made to measure using the sizes and details you provide, these items are considered customised goods. That means we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless there's a fault with the product or we've made a mistake. This is standard for made-to-measure items and applies for online orders.

 

As BridgeOnline is for businesses and organisations, there’s no automatic “cooling-off” period like you might get when buying personal items online as a consumer. Please check all your measurements and details carefully before placing your order.

Problems

If there is a problem with your products, they arrive damaged, or they don’t match what you ordered, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving them. We’ll work with you to find a solution.

 

Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering through our secure checkout.
